libcamel1.2-dev software package provides Development files for libcamel, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcamel1.2-dev
libcamel1.2-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcamel1.2-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcamel1.2-dev *
You will get with libcamel1.2-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
